Inactivehttp://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/gt-payment-warning-maxima-casino.22615.html?
Jerry seems to be playing games. The financial damage is $1,650 for our account. Not serious at all. Unless there has been an earthquake where their offices are located… I don’t give any credit that they can’t contact us… they are still online and taking players. Plus MSN exists, they have an addy there and are never connected. And they can contact webmasters here at CAP, by registering an account.
AVOID WORKING WITH UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES. Maxima Casino will steal your money and promotion efforts, PLUS your OWN CREDIBILITY for your audience.
And I’m not the only one in this situation… They will never see back the light on my websites, even if they offer me $10,000 prepaid.

InactiveStill no trace of any payment. $2,400 from our affiliate account are missing and have been stolen by Maxima Casino.
This thread and the other ones will be alive for months and years. Great job Jerry!

InactiveCorrect me here, but wasn’t Maxima Casino taken over by the former Casino Solei, which was well known not to pay anyone?

CaptainetteMemberThose programs are in legal breach of their agreements and can be sued for theft.
Many people have looked into suing oversea-operations before but unfortunately all of these attempts either failed or never got realized.
Maxima Casino has never done a clean business and such ending is not too surprisingly.
Playtech most likely will do nothing about it as their dispute service is prettymuch equal to “useless”. Maxima itself is based in Curacao, so your best bet will be to file your complaint with them http://www.cyberluck.com/November 5, 2007 at 12:33 pm #753198Anonymous

Never got realized, I can understand but “failed”, on which facts are you assuming this? I’m not sure that those companies are above the law and their own contracts… although I’m not an expert about international laws.

InactiveBTW if you search for “Maxima Casino” at Google the first 10 results are not really at their advantage… and this thread has two pages listed in 9th and 10th position, with a very explicit title… lol.

CaptainetteMemberEspecially some Costa Rica based RTG outfits have built up frustration and anger of many players, of which a few have considered legal routes but then quit the case after they assumed their winning chances to be too slim.
Honestly, I do not know of anyone who actually -has- taken one of these outfits to justice and would be more than interested in the cash if you do!
Please keep us updated on this case and stay on it. I would also be interested to see if Cyberluck is interested to assist.
Good luck!December 1, 2007 at 11:09 am #755340
CaptainetteMemberMaxfalcon, did you make any progress on this one?

InactiveNothing. Nada. Not a penny.
I think they owe me something like $3K+ now.
This Jerry is a big liar. Maxima Casino has just lost all credibility. I will upload a page about them on my websites and link it to Meister warning page for Maxima. This way we will have the top results in search engines and for each person that will search for info on Maxima… their last way to market their crap casino is now spamming. But I think it’s not a problem for them.
As for Jerry, hem… he owes me lots of money… and he is lying to everyone… and I really don’t like that.

They are RTG now actually and players have a very hard time getting paid also.
You mean Maxima Casino switched to RTG?? Maximacasino.com still displays the same ol’ Playtech logo on their website, as far as I can see.
Maxfalcon, it would be excellent to see a “warning site” for Maxima in google’s top list!
I just like the idea of people finally getting the information they are looking for when searching for an Online Casino.December 3, 2007 at 7:04 pm #755532Anonymous
InactiveLogged into player account yesterday and………..software is still operating as playtech
