I think Neteller and Paypal are the biggies in alternative payment processing. The egold programs tend to be associated with MLM and scams.
Have you looked at Clickbank yet? http://www.clickbank.com
They do payment processing for online services only and then you can offer Visa and Mastercard to your clients as a payment option.
