for the US one, they offers cheque payment only.
But if you have a moneybookers account which is opened outside the united states, you could aslo request the affiliate payments to your moneybookers a ccount. Be sure write a email to the [email protected] and inform them your moneybookers acccount is opened ouside the US.
I like casinopartners. They always payout the commission. a well trusted affiliate company.wire (but ive yet to see cash on wire)

Our payment options are Neteller, Money Bookers and Wire Transfer.
If you are a US resident you can get paid only via WireTransfer but it has a min of $200.
