    Hi Kamiel,

Please advise what you are doing about getting some viable payment processors.

EcoCard and eWalletXpress are still playing to the US and most programs are signing with EcoCard. Debit/gift/prepaid cards are working.

Can’t promote Atlantic Lounge very much with no methods for US Players.

    Hi ntaus,

We are looking at various options at this time, with EcoCard being one of those options.

We currently offer the following options to US affiliates:

    – Wire Transfers
    – Click2Pay (existing customers / account holders)
    – Moneybookers

We are also looking at an option called WireCard. The reason that we have not displayed any of the above options on the website is due to the fact that we are reliant on the back-office systems of RTG at this time.

Their system does not cater for the above options to be added to the affiliate back-end, however, we have been working on releasing our program on a new platform that utilizes the RTG infrastructure as a base to ensure compatibality of data, but at the same time provides a number of improvements which includes the addition of more payment options, better reporting, access to a wider array of marketing materials, etc.

We will be sending out a notification of the “upgrade” as soon as we are ready to launch. In the meantime, should you wish to be paid via any of the above options, then please feel free to send me your account information for the option of your choice, and I will ensure that payments are made via that option in the interim. Please send the information to: Kamiel@TrueEarnings.com

    Kamiel,

Thank you for your response – but I’m more concerned about the fact that players no longer download on reaching home pages. Instead they click straight through to the cashier and, on seeing no methods for US players to deposit or withdraw, go somewhere else. My sites are US oriented.

This is what prompted my post to you. I’m not concerned about getting paid myself as there isn’t much for you to pay me with the above situation in place.

I can’t really understand why it’s taking so long for your casino to become viable. The writing was on the wall a long time ago. Quite honestly, I’m wondering why you quote RTG as the problem. My other RTGs have adopted the methods I quoted in my previous post and are generating downloads and players…

    Hi ntaus,

My apologies. I misread your PM, and mistook your question as referring to payment options for affiliates.

I agree that the casino is currently lacking deposit or withdrawal options, and that this could result in some players moving on to other brands. However, this is a situation that is being addressed at this time, and one that we have been informed, would be resolved within the next 2 weeks.

I would like to point out that the casino is in its infancy when compared to many of the other brands out there who have been around for years, and as such do not have the track record or historical strength to fix problems of this nature on the fly, as most of the stronger brands have been able to do.

That said, I can say with certainty that the “US Crisis” has not affected the Atlantic Lounge brand in any significant manner. I would agree that there has been a drop-off in deposits, but this value has been minimal. We are seeing a steady number of new players and existing players deposit on a daily basis, and many of our other affiliates can attest to this.

I would like to clarify the issue related to RTG. It should be noted quite clearly that not all affiliate programs who have casino brands using RTG as their platform, run on the same affiliate back-office system. We use the “Global Affiliate” system which allows for the addition and management of multiple brands, whereas most other affiliate programs use the single affiliate system. Although the RTG system we use can be relied on for accuracy of data; etc, it does lack the flexibility that we require, and hence the reason we are looking to redeploy our program on a new system that is compatible with RTG, but that allows us to provide our affiliates with the resources they need.

I am not able to say with certainty why you have not seen the same performance or results as experienced by many of our other affiliates, but I am willing to help you in any way I can to turn things around. I will take an in-depth look at your stats and provide you with my findings / suggestions, which I hope will help in producing results for you.
