    I’ve done well with PartyPoker.com and like them very much.

    The only other poker program I’ve really seen any action from has been Golden Palace Poker through CasinoBlasters. That one’s been good to me too.

    I’ve had good luck receiving communications back from the folks at PartyPoker, so it’s disheartening to hear about your experience. I’d definitely follow up with them in a more-or-less stern fashion regarding their lack of response.

    I have done well with them also. I would talk to Satya and try to work something out. It would be a shame to give up on them as they are a VERY popular program with players.

    We are talking about bringing them on as a CAP certified Poker Partner. If that happens I will definately be open to arbitrating a solution for you.

    Meanwhile, if you need help solving that you can pm me. I think they are a solid program.

    Hi,

    am I the only one that remembers how Iglobal was notoriously known for shaving?

    I have long wrestled with this; I don’t trust them as far as I could throw a piano but I went ahead and started promoting PP despite my own reservations.

    So far they are so-so. Nothing special for certain. believe it or not I make 5 to 6 times what PP pays me; just with the golden tiger / virtual city faces of Prima Poker.

    Which is saying something because I totally agree with the Prof; they are very popular with the players.

    I’m still on the fence on this one but I know I would never, ever touch starluck or any of their casino properties.

    I make as much with Pokerroom.com as I do with PP.

    so if you’re not making much with them; then I wouldn’t feel like I lost out on the holy grail if you had to stop promoting them.

    In fact; every month for the last 2 or 3 I have expected better results than I have seen; judging them by how long it took me to reach the point I’m at now; which leveled off and hasn’t done much but stay the same since.

    anybody else having that experience?

    the poker rooms most of all; should show a steady increase in profit and should almost never level off unless you stop sending them traffic.

    as for chargebacks :rolleyes: it would be highly unlikely that you would have sent traffic that was entirely fraudulent.

    I can see how chargebacks could be more than your entire earnings, since most of the money deposited goes to other players, not the house.

    For example, let’s say a player deposits $1000. He loses his $1000 while playing only enough raked hands to generate $200 in rake fees. Your commission is 20% of the rake, or $40.

    If he charges back the $1000 purchase, what’s the poker room supposed to do? Has anyone looked at the T&C to find out how they address this?

    I remember and will NEVER forget … give them time and old habits

    will come back once they are comfortable with their market share.

    :rolleyes:

    good points from all of you.

    BJI, thank you for pointing out that possibility to me. went right over my head until now. THough that said; I’ve still only had like 2 chargebacks ever.

    both from brightshare.

    aleph – If things don’t continue to improve at a reasonable rate: I am going to heed what you said and go ahead and yank their links, you’re right.

    and Bernie; well its just good to hear from you. I never got a reply to my last PM to you, but I’ll assume you’re not mad at me.

    :bigsmile:

    I don’t think you’re the type not to say what you feel. Just a hunch – lol

    For future reference if I get all smashed and write something that is completely !@#ed up and I am in the private section, should I hit post or should I keep it really zeroed in.

    I mean it regarded iGlobal, but it was being delivered by an alien and I didn’t want the data transmission to be taken as a joke.

    I have been an affiliate of party poker from it’s inception and I have never seen a chargeback. Since this is off of a rake I did not even know there could be a chargeback.

    Anybody has thoughts on this?

    This makes sense.

    We do well with PP and I really haven’t questioned them on much, did have the following chargebacks in Jan.

    Following are your chargebacks:

    acethedawg = -159.5

    furfire = -54.1

    gracenoelle = -495

    All Other trackers are clean as of now.

    My understanding is these people disputed their cc therefore we get 20% taken off our earnings. Also sometime late last yr. we had some huge chargebacks, one woman was playing day and night, losing and kept disputing her cc. I told them to take her off my affiliate link or ban her, it finally stopped! It was like $1500 in charges they gave back to her :rolleyes:
