InactiveIt’s incredible to think that such a large and well known brand like Party would do this.
I would encourage all affiliates to NOT PROMOTE any group that does not pay affiliates as promised. We have all at one point or another been screwed and its time to pull together and stop this from happening.
This case involves a large amount of money which makes it even more devastating for the affiliate.
Unbelievable…

I am not going to drop this and after the new years this playing nice is going to stop. My lawyer has indicated the next step is to send a letter with a demand of payment and to distribute that to prweb uk and all their media partners via press release, which is what I will do. After those easy steps are done we are looking at possible litigation and even talking class action lawsuit.
Ant’s, I feel you buddy. You’re a straight shooter, and I think you’re doing this the right way. If I can help.. let me know.. I’d be happy to help.

InactiveThis is not good, I am sure Party will try to resolve this issue asap. Hopefully the right people are aware of this screwup.

InactiveTakes a lot for you to go public with these types of things so I can see now how serious this is! I have had nothing but bad experiences with party as well.

InactiveI am happy to announce that the money was transferred back to my Party Cashier account. The full balance not a penny less.
I have gone ahead and initiated a cashout request this morning.
I am 99% confident that this is resolved. It has been resolved to my full satisfaction.
I would like to give a special thank you to those people who have gone out of their way to help.
I am happy to move on from this incident, as I am sure are all parties involved.
Thank you to party for doing the right thing.

e-goldbettingMemberWell actually i dont think they came through at all . I find it quite disturbing that they resort to this kind of tactic . What if the affiliate had not noticed it. Party Gaming are a publicly listed company in the UK and have shareholders to answer to and laws to obey.
Did they give any reason for this Antoine ? I would think very seriously about working with an outfit like this if they displayed this kind of behaviour.
Thats just my 2 cents
