Hello,
I don’t like going public about nonpayments regarding any affiliate program unless ample time and chance is given for an affiliate program to prove itself or obviously to pay me. This has gone beyond that.
Around May 2010 I was locked out of my party partners account. I didn’t think much of it, I tried logging in, requested some lost passwords, tried to log in again, contacted customer support, waited longer, eventually it was at least 2 months until I could finally log in. All this time I assumed they were simply inept and that in the backend things were running smoothly.
When I finally managed to log in they had me locked out of the party cashier. It took a while to get back in here and I eventually I did after dozens of requests sent to customer service.
Now guess what happened when I logged in to the affiliate cashier for the very first time after that period of time elapsed. I saw a big 0, so I looked through the historical records on a month by month basis and saw the following:
’05/04/2010 Money Transferred to – Recovery — 338119.09 USD ( 338119.09 USD ) 0.00 USD ( 0.00 USD )
05/21/2010 Money Transferred from – Recovery 338119.09 USD ( 338119.09 USD ) — 338119.09 USD ( 338119.09 USD )
06/01/2010 Money Transferred to – Recovery — 338119.09 USD ( 338119.09 USD ) 0.00 USD ( 0.00 USD ) ‘I saw the above stats I of course immediately contacted customer support, and have done so dozens of times since then. I have tried contacting the affiliate manager and no response. Right now I have $300 that I am able to cashout. (the money made after that sum disappeared I quit promoting them heavily once i could no longer log in)
Normally any of the above would have raised red flags but Party is supposed to be the biggest poker room in the world and were even publically traded.
Now I wasn’t planning on attending the london affiliate conference but I have booked a trip there. I am going there to let people know what party is about. I am also going to have press releases distributed in the near future. I will do what it takes to get the word out unless this is resolved.
I think I have been patient for more than long enough, I doubt anyone else would have demonstrated this level of patience with the sum of money we are talking about here.

I hope it is recovered too. Party has further failed to communicate with me, or to reply to any forum posts regarding this.
I have been communicating with attorneys regarding potential litigation and if this route is pursued press releases will be released so that the players and affiliates are aware of what type of business Party Gaming is.
In the meantime I urge affiliates to think twice and to watch stats carefully as this company can only be considered fraudulent in my books.

That´s a huge amount. Congrats.
It´s a shame to see Party not paying you. Maybe you can get that and an injunction in court, their are a stock listed company so they can´t just run away from you.

Sounds like I might be getting paid. Party has asked for payment details, apparently the money will be released shortly.
I will keep you up to date on what is happening, and when the payment is received.

I have been in contact with both David and Richard of Party today and have the following update on this from Richard:
“Hi Antoine – I have been trying to get hold of you on Skype for the past couple of days but did not receive any reply. I believe however that David Levy is now in touch with you in any case so please see the email he has sent you regarding this matter. Looking forward to resolving this issue asap. – Thanks”

Yes the commission amount was accurate, this was never a question. Will keep you posted when money comes in.
I am happy to announce that the money was transferred back to my Party Cashier account. The full balance not a penny less.
I have gone ahead and initiated a cashout request this morning.
I am 99% confident that this is resolved. It has been resolved to my full satisfaction.
I would like to give a special thank you to those people who have gone out of their way to help.
I am happy to move on from this incident, as I am sure are all parties involved.
