I hope it is recovered too. Party has further failed to communicate with me, or to reply to any forum posts regarding this.
I have been communicating with attorneys regarding potential litigation and if this route is pursued press releases will be released so that the players and affiliates are aware of what type of business Party Gaming is.
In the meantime I urge affiliates to think twice and to watch stats carefully as this company can only be considered fraudulent in my books.

It´s a shame to see Party not paying you. Maybe you can get that and an injunction in court, their are a stock listed company so they can´t just run away from you.

Sounds like I might be getting paid. Party has asked for payment details, apparently the money will be released shortly.
I will keep you up to date on what is happening, and when the payment is received.

I have been in contact with both David and Richard of Party today and have the following update on this from Richard:
“Hi Antoine – I have been trying to get hold of you on Skype for the past couple of days but did not receive any reply. I believe however that David Levy is now in touch with you in any case so please see the email he has sent you regarding this matter. Looking forward to resolving this issue asap. – Thanks”

Yes the commission amount was accurate, this was never a question. Will keep you posted when money comes in.
I am happy to announce that the money was transferred back to my Party Cashier account. The full balance not a penny less.
I have gone ahead and initiated a cashout request this morning.
I am 99% confident that this is resolved. It has been resolved to my full satisfaction.
I would like to give a special thank you to those people who have gone out of their way to help.
I am happy to move on from this incident, as I am sure are all parties involved.
