InactiveMr Garber conceded PartyGaming had been overtaken as the world’s largest poker operator by rival PokerStars, but described the Israeli-owned group as a “black market operator”.
More front than Margate this lot.. Black market? Ruth Parasol? Party are the shady grey area royalty.
I think Party should refund the players stiffed when they ran “erroneous software, that was tipped too much towards the house”, or make a very very large donation to charity. “Mendelsohn acknowledged that the chances had tipped too much toward the house, but he said that was because of software flaws, not rigging“
I think Sportingbet should’nt have closed all them aff accounts and stiffed how many webmasters. The sending players elsewhere to rob the referrer was another nice touch.
It is nice to see these firms bleat for once. It’s just a pity more affs and players will be thrown to the lions in the process of all of this

InactiveRight now, PS is showing almost 58K players online, and it’s just early afternoon in US. Sat night will be way more than that. So, yes, I’d believe they are #1.
Remember they’ve had two straight WSOP winners come from there, and another advertises for them. sly.gif

Actually 3 straight; Moneymaker 03, Raymer 04, and Hachem 05. That surely was enough advertising on its own; gave them the opportunity to squeeze their partners.

The law violates your rights because you don’t like it? Unless the legislation violates the constitution (illegally made, rights violation, etC), it’s not going anywhere near the Supreme Court.
Having this legislation repealed is certainly possible if the political predictions are right, but it will only stand a shot if the Democrats win the Senate and Harry Reid becomes the majority leader. He will then be able to push legislation effectively.
As to a “less” corrupt Congress, good luck with that one. Both major parties are full of politicians that bend the rules or outright break them.
