Partnerlogic, responsable for marketing the Intercasino and Interpoker brands has always been a standup operation IMO. During our review process, we noticed only 1 term in their T&C contract that appeared a bit on the predatory side.
We have contacted Claire via email and PM to get a resolution to this issue and have moved the Partnerlogic section of the AffiliateGuardDog site to:

All affiliates that sign up from November 1st 2006 onwards will be subject to commission percentage changes where 0 new players are referred for extended periods of time.

I would say that Partnerlogic does one thing that we love (that most other programs do not) – Changes to their Terms and Conditions are dated and wordage is added to ensure that changes are not retroactive. This is something all programs should adopt.
However, the term you pointed out should certainly either be removed or amended. We have a scheduled discussion this afternoon about the issue.
