I’m sorry but I don’t think you understand the Gambling Portal market.
You may actually be able to generate some links for some of the webmasters here and a few other forums that you have been posting your message, but overall most of what you are offering people they can do themselves.
Sure, you may be able to stave off a little bit of the fraud, but i wonder if you even know of some of the link echange fraud practices that even exist and some of the things to watch out for.
Also, it appears that you mostly advertise that you will find link echanges for webmasters but that they in fact will NOT be related to the partners “theme”
It is suspected that as Google continues to optimize their algorithm that non-related links will mean less and related links will mean even more.
