hendrikMemberare you talking about earnings or commission levels. Our commissions haven’t changed, but our earnings have gone up a bit.

GorylasaMemberYes, sorry for the confusion, I mean overall earnings not the commission percentages.

ExpertistMembersame thing happened to me, however, I just got the payment for last month and it was much less than what the stats say, has this happened to anyone else? Its so difficult to reach any Paddy person nowadays….

InactiveI haven’t yet received a May payment – or any reconciliation regarding it. When I do I will post.
I have a couple of good contacts at Paddy Power – but they have been slow with responses in the last month – I suspect that the recent changes in personel there (reduction in people?) is having an impact.
Clear stats and prompt payments are the cornerstone of a good affiliate system. I hope that we can get back to that status asap.

hendrikMemberyes, I believe Jess has taken the helm and is working with a smaller team now.
I have found emails take a little longer for a reply, but the PP team will pick up the phone if they are in the office. They have just put through May comms and I dare say they are currently sorting June’s, so I am not surprised that they are pretty busy at the moment.
There is a post in the aff account about late payment on May comms, caused by the changeover to netrefer system.
