InactiveWas it pure mdma? or rolls? lol
Anyway, glad I dont promote them!September 16, 2009 at 8:37 pm #804076
arturs.vitolsMemberwow. I wish things like this didn’t happen int he industry. It is hard enough getting legislation passed to legalize online gambling in the states without the right having ties between online casinos and any or all or drugs, money laundry and crime.
I would like to note that while removing your affiliate links might be a good idea to protect your traffic, we should not make any judgements until a verdict has been declared. Arrested and guilty are not always the same and I think we owe it to the industry to at least hear out the trial.

InactiveUnfair to dump a program on hearsay. They are a paid sponsor of CAP and deserve CAPs support.

InactiveIt’s the real world – and speaking for myself, I can’t afford to send players to a place that may not be there tomorrow.
I don’t think affiliates would be happy if CAP acted like nothing happened and we lost comissions over it…
CAP is here to serve affiliates, not operators. :hattip:
We can watch how it goes and those of us who promote Lucky18 can put them back up if it blows over.
Just my opinion, not a CAP statement here.

uh dom this is complete BS imo.
1. CAP is here to make money.
2. People are innocent until proven guilty..02c

InactiveNo affiliates, no money.

So it must serve affiliates before it can make money.
If you want to risk sending players to a place where the owner is under arrest, that’s obviously fine. Your decision.
But I sure don’t think CAP should put it out there for new affiliates to sign up – there is a good chance it will have issues.
This business is too risky for us as is IMO.

we’re not talking about me, we’re talking aboiut CAP. if they pay their 10k or whatever for cap listing, taking them down is pretty disgusting unless they are proven guilty of something………
as for having issues, cap kept those scumbags at chipleader up through and after the biggest internet poker scandal of them all… proof that cap is only interested in the moneyz…
i await instaban for speaking the truth obv.

InactiveCAP then is not CAP now.
They took it down because I asked them to, because I don’t want people losing money.
They can go back up anytime when it is ascertained that they will stay in business. I am sure in that case no money will be lost to them as far as listing fees.

That was under the old management. /QUOTE]
hmm, slightly offtopic, but on-topic too:it sounds CAPis trying the old “new management” gimmick now to salvage some credibility?
I guess you can tell us who the new management people are for transparency ?September 17, 2009 at 11:09 pm #804132Anonymous
InactiveThey are easy to identify – they add “CAP” to their name when they post.

InactiveI went through all of this discussion before.
AdminCap can be any staff posting an announcement or taking care of tech issues etc.
Actual admin have their name and “CAP” added.

InactiveThanks for the information Dom. You are doing the right thing in letting us know. It’s up to each affiliate to decide from there. We’ve never promoted them, so we don’t have an issue either way, but it doesn’t look good for the industry if the allegations are true.

arturs.vitolsMemberJust for the sake of truth here, I don’t think all employees have CAP in their user title. Also, not everyone that has CAP in their name is an owner, or management, some are simply employees.
