How can you possible justify charging $81 for an ACH transfer? Not even a Wire Transfer, since it took 4 days, but an ACH!
Not only did I pay to gamble in the first place, but then you charge me an unconscionable amount of money so I can get money owed to me!! You shoul be ashamed of yourselves for this!! It’s outright thievery.
And the casinos still won’t log in without putting in the password manually. It’s been like this for months, and no one seems to think it needs to be fixed!

can you specify is this charge being levied against players or affs or both?
as an aff I find the charge way too high, as an aff who promotes casinos I recommend, I cannot in good conscience recommend casinos that are going to hit players with such high charges.
Please K, specify who is getting charged $81 for an ach … and what if any changes have been made since Am has brought this to your attention?

I have been looking at this issue, and I can confirm the following:
Players are charged a $30 fee for ACH transactions, should the cashin be less than $500. Where a cashin is $500 or more, we do not charge a player any fees on ACH. The problem is that a player’s bank will also charge a fee on the ACH transaction, which can be $35 or more.
What we do offer players is a refund on the fee charged by their bank. Usually all that is required is a copy of the player’s bank statement reflecting this cost, and thereafter a refund is processed.
Regarding affiliate payments, we do not charge affiliates any fees on commission payments on any of the payment methods we offer. If there is a fee, this would usually be linked to ACH, and would be a fee on the side of the receiving bank.

most casinos will charge a fee under $1000 withdraw so this is not so bad from a player point of view.

Kamiel and Irwin resolved this issue with a refund to my account. My bank charged me $6.95 and GP charged $30, which left a $45 difference. They did respond promptly when this was brought to their attention, and I am satisfied they did what they reasonably could to resolve this situation.
Players who select ach not knowing about these “mysterious” charges are in for an unpleasant surprise.
