No risk at all. There were supposed to be rules at one time, but the registrars broke the rules early on, effectively making them not rules anymore.

Most top level domains (including .org) are a free for all. No restrictions whatsoever.

A .org site sounds neat, but I would expect a very qualitiative online casino site under that domain, with lots of content and resources.

Only problem your going to have is if you make a great website with a great domain.org.. the .com version will benefit from it. No one remembers the “.org”, and assumes that’s it a “.com”
