I think it’s tough for Americans! Loyal Bank is very nice. Good online banking, all done through the mail, etc.

    Just one problem here:

IMPORTANT! Please note: Due to the Patriot Act & Anti-Money Laundry, Loyal Bank does not provide its services to companies involved in the areas of: gaming, betting, gambling, casinos, adult sites or virtual stock exchange.

The company shall declare that all its business will be free from money laundering and terrorist financing, gambling, gaming, adult entertainment and other criminal activities and any other business activity prohibited by Loyal Bank policy.

My friend uses Loyal for Ebay sales and it works well. Didn’t see that about gaming.

Do they consider affiliate publishers as gaming and gambling since the revenue is from advertising?

What if your payments go to an e-wallet and then you withdraw from the e-wallet to the bank. Would they flag you?

I have received regular affiliate payments to HSBC for more than a year and they don’t seem to mind :)

It also does not apply income tax for foreigners. But opening an account needs 2-3 months effort for document proofs etc.
