    Hello Jim,

One VITAL piece of information missing from both your post and your website is: Who stands behind the payment processing for Webmasters who sign up and bring business to your casinos?

    In other words: Who pays?

Horror stories are all over the Internet from Casino Webmasters who have never been paid by their affiliations with certain casino operations.

    Please advise.

    Regards,

    BobMcd

    Hi bobmcd,

Thanks for the post and earlier email and great question.

GetaCut.com is backed by iGamingNetworks.com a subsidiary of Telton Ltd. The company and associated sites are members of IGC (visit http://www.igcouncil.org for more information).

I hope this helps and thanks for helping me clarify things.

    Hello again Jim,

    Two questions:

    1. How are you related to GalaxiWorld.com? Most of your games have their logo on it. Are they your parent company?

    2. Are their any minimum revenue per month conditions imposed on the affiliates? The reason I have asked this question is that it takes a while to get the site listed on search engines and get the traffic to the site.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Rick Kumar

    Greetings Rick,

    To answer your questions:

    1. In a nutshell, when we came up with the idea for the product, instead of reinventing the wheel we figured we’d acquire a reliable platform. Galaxy’s was one of the most flexible ones. So we kicked off our program with an enhanced version of their original offering.

    2. There are no minumum revenue conditions. We also don’t have any negative roll-overs from month to month.

    Jim,

One more question: Do you also offer the tiered affiliate commision. For example, if I open a casino with you, the will there be any affiliate system existing on the casino from where I can sign up sub-affiliates. If yes, would I get any commission from the earnings from them?

    Thanks,

    Rick Kumar

    Jim,

As I get back my e-mails to you undelivered, so I am going to ask this question here again. I know we talked about it before but still I am not clear about it. I am very seriously considering trying a casino or two with your company, so please explain me as clearly as possible:

I understand that you offer 50% of the net profit ( or 27.5% of gross revenue) as you have mentioned that Net Profit is about 55% of total player loss. And that means your expenses are about 45% of gross profit (player loss).

I still want to find out more that why your company’s expenses are 45% of all revenues when majority of others have much lower expense % like GamblingFederation.com ( ~ 17% of revenue is expenses) and many others.

Is it because of your no-download platform of games or something else that is costing you so much to run your business as compared to others?

The reason I ask you this is because I want to figure out if there
is some other company involved that first takes its own share before giving your company ( in case your company is like an affiliate of that company) your share and then your company will give your affiliates like us our share. Is this the reason for the high expense ratio?

Please advise as I am just trying to make sure I enter into a right venture with an original company as we have plans to use open and market almost 100 casino. This way we both can enjoy long term relationship which works for both of us.

Please also answer my previous question about tiered affiliates?

    Thanks.

    Greetings Rick:

To answer your first question we do offer a 5% life-time profit from any casino you refer to us. So for a casino bringing in $100,000 of monthly profit you would earn $5,000.

To reply to your other questions regarding our operating costs a closer look at GetaCut and G-FED will show that our two systems are very close in the initial calculations of your profit. We just calculate them differently:

    GetaCut.com
A user purchases $100 and after playing redeems $60. This leaves $40 in revenue to the casino. We take 45% or $18 of this profit as an operating expense, leaving $22. This profit is then split and leaves you with $11.00.

    G-FED
They calculate your profits differently. I understand that they take “processing fees” which are taken from the initial deposits and not after as with GetaCut. I did not see what G-Fed includes in Expenses but if it is 17% as you say, then you will realize that we are not that different. So from the same user as above who deposits $100 they are taking $17 (or the 17% you mentioned in your post). If the $60 is redeemed as in the first example that leaves $40 – $17 = $23 in revenues. At a 50% profit share that leaves you with $11.50.

As you can see the systems are similar. However, for the newbie operator our system may be more attractive as we are not on a sliding scale and you make 50% from the beginning, with G-FED you must bring in between $15,001 to $30,000 in weekly Net Gaming Revenue to reach a 50/50 profit share.

I hope this helps to clarify things.

    Hello Jim,

Here is what I found at http://www.GamblingFederation.com site as follows:
    ==============================================
    Earn up to 65% Commission
We pay you up to 65% of the Net Gaming Revenue* for each client that you bring in. Your Commission* is based on the following sliding scale:

Weekly Net Gaming Revenue Net Profit (%)
    up to $500 35%
    $501 to $5,000 40%
    $5,001 to $15,000 45%
    $15,001 to $30,000 50%
    $30,001 to $40,000 55%
    $40,001 to $70,000 60%
    $70,001 to $100,000 65%

to understand what net gaming revenue is we provide the following formula:

Player deposits* (minus) Winnings (minus) Processing Fees (11%) = Net Gaming Revenue*

*Player Deposits exclude any bonuses, cash comps or free money a player receives.
    ==============================================

By looking at the above formula, it appears theirs’ and your formula is same but the %ages vary.

Per their system using your example that if a player redeems 60 out of 100 deposit, then out of 40 revenue the affiliate commission is $12.46 to $23.14 depending upon which rate category you are in (35% to 65%).

They also have the same 2nd tier 5% commission but your casino must do $500 per month in revenue itself to get that 2nd tier 5% commission.

Their system does not have any witholding for security reserve etc., does yours’ do?

Do you think my calculations are right?

In the overall games variety, both your and their system pretty close I think.

    Hi everyone,

Rick your calculatoins are more or less correct. I’d clarify with them exactly where they take the processing fees and if any other deductions can be expected.

As for GetaCut, our Operating expense takes care of everything including the reserve. If you have any other specific questions of this nature please feel free to email me at jim@getacut.com.

BTW – Soon you can offer French and Spanish translated games to your members. 900Pay is being added as a payment alt. and the option between US and Euro currency isn’t far behind. We’ve got some great marketing tools on the way as well.

    Regards,

    Jim
