Hi All,
I only se $25 deposits on all the Rival Casinos i promode ???
Never a $40-$60-$70 or biger ?? find it super straint…
I get big deposit on other casino softwares so realy dont get it :huh2:
Anyone know why it is so ?
Do they only accept telecard deposits ? lol
i think its something with their payment processor since all rival casinos seem to use the same processors. as far as i can tell, a lot of cards are not going through with higher than $50 deposits. 90% of my registrants are only depositing $50 and below which is obviously not the trend. i blame it on the processor…not very scientific, but you know. gotta blame someone

InactiveI see some $100 deposits but overall deposits are a lot lower with Rival than with other softwares.
Dunno why, but it seriously hurts player value.

InactiveMultiple $25 deposits in a short amount of time raises flags with the card companies.
Although it’s never the plan to make subsequent deposits, players should consider making larger deposits less frequently.November 19, 2008 at 4:17 pm #787590
vladcizsolMemberI have the same issue with most Rivals too. The only exception so far is Absolute Slots where I average an odd number $72 ????
I hope my American players start depositing more now that their choices have been reduced.
When I gamble online my average deposit is $100 or $200 and I didnt ever think of that as a high amount.
In Las Vegas I, along with everyone else, happily fed $100 bills into individual machines so its a head scratcher to me that we have so many tightwads online.

InactiveActually Absolute has a bit wider range than the others – I see an 185 there. And some 70.
I usually have a good number of deposits of 200 to 500 and up, so this is a concern to me.
I agree, multiple $25 deposits (and I see these) are not a good thing.

InactiveI see a high of $160, some $75’s and some lows of $25 and $30. This month all my Rivals revs are down about 66%. Even my retail site is down to trickle of orders a day and all small ones to boot.

Could be your $72 deposits professor depending on the exchange rate

ClubContMemberjust got in the door for capdownunder but this thread caught my eye.
I would say in general Rival have been known to have a lot of players making smaller deposits but this isn’t much of an issue with payment processing or not being able to accept higher deposits since I see the spectrum myself. I believe having progressive slots might be a big factor and since we have added 2 we are seeing player values go up. On top of this our game selection is of course wider than it has ever been and I think the quality of the new slot games that come out are adding to the experience of the casino. In the past 2.5 years of being online we have been consistent, maybe not stack up against MG but I think Rival software right now is finally coming into it’s own and able to compete with MG and attract some of the whales.
Will be around later on to comment or field any questions.

InactiveHi thisisvegas,
The software are worldclass and attract the whales!
Problem is the credit card processors…
After 1 year we still only se the $25 deposit plus a few $50 deposit on all Rivals!
Therfor we testet ourself…. and right the max deposit we was alowed to deposit was $50!
Also some kind of secure form connect to our online bank when we deposit with our CC.
which do not make things easier…5 min later we deposit $300 on Everest Casino using the same CC !

Inactivei agree with everyone, something with processing.
Average casino deposits are always over 150 and at rival, they are $25

vladcizsolMemberThe games at Rival Rock and casinos like SlotOCash, Absolutes Slots and ThisisVegas are a pleasure to play at.
I agree the problem HAS to lie with processing. Once Rival as a software providver can get over that hurdle I believe these casinos will produce player values and deposits on Par with the MGS, Playtech and RTGs of the world.

InactiveI’m wondering if those odd amounts are from ewallet deposits?
Also has the deposit date been changed? It’s a 10 digit number now. I don’t recall seeing that before. If players can only deposit $25 or $50 at a time they’ll get tired of that pretty fast.
