Best to all.Your site is easy to navigate so that is a big plus. I would suggest using more color and unless you are heavily promoting Titan Poker it might be a good idea to put more programs in that space. Your eye goes from left to right so that real estate is very important.
Maybe switch around Top Poker rooms an the titan poker ad so you have more options for the viewer right from the start. Which of your programs are converting well for you?

My best converting programs is Europartners. I am working with EP from more than two years and for me are the best.Looks nice and clean and I like the use of news articles throughout your site, and this will help if you also get listed in google news.
I agree with Yvette over the use of colours but this is a personal touch and choice and you must do what you feel is right and comfortable fo ryou.
I hope the couple of pointers I gave you helped.

Abot using more colors, I chose to use neutral colors because I think that is restful to the eye of the visitor. In fact, the content matter
Great clean design and I really like how you’ve used internal link strategy. I think that will help you a lot. I noticed one bug, on the right side about half way down the page there is the box with the tabs; popular news. top rated, and most commented. On my computer the tab for most commented goes onto two lines and breaks up the flow. I’m on a pretty big monitor using Mac firefox, but it might be worth checking out.
