    John said above; you could use “skill” to get your money in every time you had the better of it and still lose all your money on every occasion.

    No worries though, unless someone (uncle sam) is getting paid this isnt going to happen.

    They will never seperate poker from casinos. Payment processing would be a wild ride though if they make one legal and not the other.
