I don’t know the answer but what I do is…
online casino gambling, online, casino, gambling,I would do like Free Poker League suggested and include the phrase separately and then the individual words. It is my understanding, however, that most search engines don’t place too much emphasis on the meta keywords tag in comparison to the meta title & description, headings, and domain name.
I haven’t used the keyword tag for some years now. Google completely ignores it, anyway.
Nowadays it’s not so important as it was some time ago, but back then it would help to have some keywords not separated by anything, because those would be considered phrases. And you would get a boost for phrases searched exactly that way…
