Never had a player complaint.
This is one of those programs that is good for the players but bad for the affiliates. The stats are among the worst out there.

The biggest complaint is that the stats by property never matches the players stats. Just now when I logged in to give you examples from prior months — well, I can’t see revenue from prior months. I can’t see stats by property for prior months. The player stats don’t show which property they are playing. There were a few threads about this on the focal click board but they seem to have been removed.

We are aware of the situation and will have a brand new statistical reporting interface hopefully by the end of this week.

There is a back arrow in that takes you back to previous months. Additionally, in the player stats, you can choose a timeframe to view your previous month’s stats.
The player stats don’t show which property they are playing. – BJF
If you click on “show player stats” and then on the individual player, the interface shows you:
– What casino they played at.
– What game they played
– how much they wagered
– their wins/losses
– total bets
