You can try cafepress.com. My wife uses them alot. Not sure how the prices compare.

Yep CAFEPRESS for an online site was my call.
However, their best benefit is that they handle distribution – so its great for orders around the country- globe. As far as pricing goes their not cheap.
Take a look offline – in your local area – as I find that most places have a “T-Shirt” shop that offers printing and such like and they’re almost always cheaper …
And if they’re not cheaper offline then at least you’ll know what a great deal your getting online.
