When an affiliate has XX websites, with XX contact pages, that all lead to the same email address, and the same affiliate do not agree to provide the full list, to at-least minimize this side effect, then there is not much to do.
If you ask not to contact website X, and then you ask the same for Y, then it can keep happening.
If you cannot hand me, a full list of your websites, nothing will change.
So far, I don’t even know who are we talking about.* Please provide me with the full list, and it will change, otherwise, it will stay the same.
I guarantee that none of the websites will be published anywhere.
(Although this claime is very 1 sided, saying bad words about LuckyAce, and not letting us know who you are, in order to keep your websites clean.).Regards,
Shay
In other word you admit to spamming people using details harvested from their websites. Way to go. :roflmao:
Judged by all the emails we get from you, that’s exactly what you are doing.

InactiveLuckyace, are you a subsidiary of 888?

InactiveThe phrase used by LuckyAce is “a skin of 888.con” when they make contact.
Then they spend the next 6 weeks / months / years trying to backtrack saying that they really are nothing to do with 888.con when they realise that rather than giving them positive spin … it weighs heavily against them.
:flush:But the tactics and marketing approach are the same – so I’d expect a very close “relationship”.

InactiveAfter reading this thread, I did a search for LuckyAce in my email. I’ve got a few of their emails (cudos to my spam filter, all of them in the spam bin), but the emails I’ve been getting seem to be personally tailored.
According to some of the emails, they claim to be 888 white label, which would explain the spam tactics for affiliate-fishing.
LuckyAce – sending an email asking for affiliation is generally bad business practice, unless there is an email specificly stating it’s for advertising (in my case, leading straight to the spam bin
). Admitting on CAP that you do spam websites (SPAM=unsolicited commercial e-mail) and have no plans to ever stop spamming affiliate websites is down right business suicide. I find it amusing that CAP would take the risk cerifying a program which blatantly states they do and will continue to spam affiliates:If you ask not to contact website X, and then you ask the same for Y, then it can keep happening.

We promote the software, that was developed by 888.
The company is independent and do NOT have anything to do with 888 rather than the mentioned above

Did they provide a marketing handbook with that or did you get no input on marketing?

InactiveIf LuckyAce is doing what it seems they are doing then they should rethink their approach. From answering emails from over 100 poker sites I can tell you these bulk spam emails from poker rooms wanting us to promote them are a waste of at least 1 hour if not two hours a week. I certainly understand 1 email, I’m OK with that. Some of these rooms literally send over 100 spams into our mail system a week which is ridiculous. FWIW though I’ve never received them from Luckyace.

AndyScottMemberI realize that im a new poster and due that this will probably get some silly replies like “lol look at the noob defending them”, however I believ when giving credit is due it should be done.
First of all I have only dealt with Amit from luckyacepartners, so cant comment on what others do. However he has done an outstanding job, Im a tiny affiliate and he is always providing me all the content, banners, etc as soon as I need them – as well if I have questions of some sort I can ask them and he answers in a way that doesnt make me feel like im wasting his precious time. Neither is he never trying to push me into increasing Lucky Aces exposure (have to admit its getting good exposure now), which is good as if he did that would instantaly start annoying me. Overall I have been extremely happy with LuckyAcePartners and if nothing major happens I will be promoting Lucky Ace Poker and Lucky Ace Casino in premium add spots in future as well.

I should just have to reply to one email from each site saying please don’t contact us again, which I already did, which didn’t help, which is why I don’t believe a word you say. You even just said that we can try to slow it down, but not fix it. How about you look into your procedures and fix them. How about listening to affiliates who have told you we don’t want you to keep contacting us unsolicited.Mate if your problem is related to spamming then I think you have no problems at all.

InactiveThis thread made me wish we had a red reputation option so I could add negative rep for Luigi.
The first bump was out of line, you didn’t even wait a full day for a response before you wasted everyone’s time with the word ‘bump’.
Next, it’s not called spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited email, like if they were trying to sell you something. So if you as an advertising medium emailed them and offered to sell them space, you’d be spamming. They’re potential customers sending you an inquiry.
All of that said. When I first heard of Lucky Ace, they were damn annoying. I had 2 of them contacting me via Skype, I got a few emails, and well.. I’m a snobby bitch so I get irritated easily
.But.. It slowed waaaaaaaaaaay down, in fact, I’ve gotten one email in months, the other day, probably the same day that you bumped this thread.
Even if I were still getting a few a week .. or more.. DELETE THEM and move on. It’s really not the end of the world.
