InactiveInteresting. Today I left SuperSlots open on my computer for most of the day
About 5 hours on the combined jackpot value was less than when I started
Makes no sense. I emailed them so we’ll see what they say…;not holding my breath though

InactiveI sent an email to OddsOn this morning. I’ll let you know what they say (if they say anything).

CaptainetteMemberThis is another alarming thread to avoid OddsOn powered operator!
Even worse “glitches” already occured at this company in the past, as you can learn more about here: http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=24255&highlight=english+harbourUnfortunately it is not so much the affiliated webmasters that get affected by this c***, but rather the players that spend money on these goofed games.

InactiveThat thread talks about a glitch they had a year ago, they called the wizard of odds in to do an audit and he said it was just a temporary glitch.
You do well to read player forums ( I do all the time) but not everything you see can be taken as fact. People get carried away. Usually the truth comes out later in the thread.
I do remove casinos that are obviously cheating players, if the player ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.

There should be little chance of it ever happening again.
All on line games produced by English Harbour Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through xwww.jacobsongaming.com and xwww.certifiedfairgambling.com. These audits are undertaken on a monthly basis.
The results of these ongoing audits indicate that the random number generator is truly random and accordingly, the game play results conform with accepted statistical norms. These audits also indicate that the game returns for each game are fair and conform to the statistically predicted returns for each game.
To acknowledge this commitment to fairness, the “Certified Fair Gambling” seal has been applied to all games offered by EH Gaming Venture Inc.’s Vegas Technology software on this site

CaptainetteMemberDom, I do not want to get into details of the English Harbour nightmare, but in this case there was no final resolution at all and the issue simply went under. Iknow that you are personally interested in your players’ interests, but it simply gets me upset whenever I see a fishy, incompetent, bad or evil Casino being promoted toplayers by a webmaster.

I agree with that, and you will see many places not listed on G&C and a very extensive Blacklist too.
I just don’t agree that oddson is a bad software. I listen to my players and can easily be reached and have never had a single complaint.
I also respect Michael Shackleford and trust his opinion. Software glitches happen, happened to me a number of times too. Software glitches are not a reason to put someone out of business and deprive a bunch of people of their livelihood.
When I see a casino purposefully cheat players, or affiliates, or the search engines, or even their cleaning lady, I’ll be the first to drop them and have many times over.
Everyone needs to collect all the info they can and then follow their conscience in deciding who to list and who not to list, and who to blacklist. And, if you can back up your players and take care of them, you will sleep well with your decisions.
IMO that is the most important thing to work on, establishing a rapport with the casinos you list, so if something should happen to one of your players you are in a position to fix it. And establishing a rapport with your own players of course. If everyone did that, the quality of player experiences would be a lot higher. And in the end, the player is the most important link in this equation.
