I’ve only been promoting the Brightshare casinos for a few months now, and so far conversions and player retention look pretty good.

There is one odd thing that I wanted to note though…

I see an unusual pattern among my players there. Even when I have only a single player active at a particular casino, I see that they will make a number of deposits without ever losing them entirely. They’ll continue making a series of small deposits, even though the Casino Revenue column doesn’t ever match up with the Purchases column.

A few possible explanations come to mind…

    1) The casino may be offering deposit incentives that cause a player to deposit even though they still have a balance.
    2) Perhaps the ‘Purchases’ column actually includes some bonuses, and that’s why the revenue column never catches up to it.
    3) My players are just odd, and like to top off their balance from time to time.

    Any ideas?

    Hey Ken – good question.

    Here’s your answer:

    1. Bonuses are not included in the purchase amounts. The bonuses and casino credits come under the deductions, which are deducted from the gross casino income to give the net casino revenue (the basis for calculating the affiliate share).

    2. Our clients policy isn’t to wait until players have run out of money before bonusing them. The players are constantly giving incentives to purchase and play. This month, like every month, Jackpot Factory has a number of promotions going on simultaneously – please have a look here to see what’s happening this month at the JF casinos: http://www.jackpotfactory.com/promotions.php. Monday Magic is 10% cash back on deposits. Plus each player received a 20% purchase bonus this month. There are also constant targeted purchase promotions to good players and more… Not to mention the invitation only VIP Lounge and what they offer.

Basically, casino management do a great job of keeping the players happy, just one of the policies that has made the Jackpot Factory the third largest MGS Group.

Hope I’ve managed to give you a bit more insight into how we operate. Please let me know if I’ve answered your question.

    Best regards,
    Lloyd

Yes indeed. Thanks for the prompt explanation. Thanks to Spearmaster’s recommendations elsewhere on these boards, it looks like I’ve found a good Microgaming group to promote.
