And Chris, a major problem: when I updated my info – the system reassigned me a new Affiliate ID (AID): 10508
old one is : 10241

And I lost ALL PLAYERS

Currently the RTG registration on allows for 8 characters in the user name, please re-register your affiliate account using the allowable characters and download the RTG tracking codes etc and we will link everything accordingly.

I have a few players in 10241.
login/pw is the same for both aff. id, so when I try to login – i login in the new account 10508
