Oct payment still Lost

    I’m not sending anymore emails on this problem but I will now post in this forum.
    Gabriel I told you that I am not one to trash an affiliate program in an open forum unless I have a very good reason to do so.

    Its been a while now since I have had any contact with you about this payment and I have given up ever recieving it but I do want otherr affiliates to know that I have removed all banners and links because you just cant win.

    I was owed 666.00 for sEPT 2007,payable in Oct.
    I was owed 359.00 for Oct 2007 payable in Nov.
    359.00 was paid a month late but when I asked Gabriel why the 666.00 wasnt added to and sent with the 359.00 I was told it was an over site on his end…..and it would be sent immediately. The next correspondence regarding the 666.00 was a 2 weeks later after I patiently waited for my immediately sent payment that never arrived.Then I was told it would be sent out with all payments in Dec…RIGHT!!!!!

    Now this payment has mysteriously been lost in cyber space. Gabriel sent me a thing showing it had supposedly been sent but my bank has repeatly checked for this payment at my request and has yet to receive it….If they had it, it would be in my account just like all of the other wire payments from affiliate sites.

    So who am I going to believe???? Rushmore or my Bank????

    I have not attempted to fight this one out with Rushmore…If they cant pay me 666.00 and have to make up bogus excuses an docs to try and make me believe it was sent and the error is with my bank, then they can keep it and have a big party and I will never ever display another one of their banners on any of my sites..

    Any affiliate who has consistently had payment issues / excuses or no answers…..Run!!!!!

    I removed banners beginning of the new year, I will not promote a casino who can not pay me and probably not the players I might have sent them…. Basicly I’m not waiting till I’m owed thousands like with AtlanticLounge and then get screwed.:flush:

    I would definetly believe the bank!

    They are not even taking a few minutes to replyto threads and when they do it is to say they will return with more info.

    We were dealing with this issue back in December. What we sent you was a confirmation from our bank stating the money had left our bank, to the details you gave us.

    After we sent you the confirmation, we never heard back from you.

    The money had left our bank and I naturally assumed you received your payment. Had you contacted us again, we could have asked our bank to investigate further, but we are only hearing about this again now!

    We would gladly help you track this payment down, but why wait two months and then post such a defamatory post??? Why didn’t you let us know that your bank couldn’t locate the missing payment, and why on EARTH would you assume that we would forge a bank confirmation to get out of paying $600?!

    casinotime, we have dealt with every single one of your issues. I think you know we have been dealing with difficult issues on our end, and despite this, every single affiliate has been paid, so I don’t know what your problem is exactly.

    Some payments have gone out late, but we have paid each and every one of our affiliates. As always.

    If you still have an issue with us that has not been resolved, please send me an email, and we WILL take care of your problem with the utmost pertinence.

    You sent me the Doc 2 or 3 times and kept telling me to take it to my bank and emplying that the fault was on their end.

    I kept telling you my bank could not locate it and I had not received it.

    What else was there for me to do…..keep repeating myself?

    I’ve learned in this BIZ you guys have the upper hand and we really have no recourse other than these forums, every affiliate program we are a part of is a gamble unless that program has a stellar reputation.

    So I removed your banners and waited patiently I might add!!!

    Yep I waited 2 months….to post anything regarding this issue a lot longer than most would have.

    I dont feel that anything I posted was defamatory….unless thats what truth is.

    What baffles me the most here, is that Gabriel knows that yours isn’t the first or only payment that was sent via wire according to them, but never appeared on the affiliates end. And he also knows that just because he has a document that shows they initiated this transaction, doesn’t mean their transaction processed successfully because yours isn’t the only one.

    I know that other casinos that have sent us money via electronic money transfer, that we’ve not received the payment from on our end, and they were able to trace the transaction and get to the bottom of things fairly quickly. The longest we had to wait was 10 business days.

    So why isn’t Gabriel tracing this transaction and getting to the bottom of things? Why would he make you wait longer then 10 business days? Months even? I wonder how important Gabriel might think the problem was if it was his paycheck that didn’t arrive for several months after it was due and sent?

    Couldn’t these problems be leftover or related to their recent processing problems?

    If I were you I’d try and contact Jonathan. He’d take care of this one way or the other, and get you paid I bet.

    eclipse, for the simple reason it is very time consuming, I am in the middle of launching a new site etc and I like to try and give a program time to get stuff fixed. IF you knew me like everyone else does you would know I don’t post anything negative unless it is justified. This program has serious issues with stats and payments reaching people, Ben has contacted me and has promised to look into my account therefore I am giving them a few more days…hope that answers your question.

    I’m sorry, this is simply not true. The last contact between us occurred after I had sent you a statement from our bank proving the wire had gone out. You did not reply repeatedly telling me that your bank could not locate it. If that had been the case I would have had it looked into.

    You implied that the documents I sent you were somehow made up, that’s pretty much as defamatory as it gets in my book.

    I have no reason not to pay you, it is entirely in my interest as an affiliate manager to have my affiliates be satisfied with our program. It’s not like I personally get to keep any money that doesn’t get sent out, that’s ridiculous. Yes, I take these things seriously, but I need your cooperation.

    I’d be happy to resume our inquiry into this matter ASAP, if it pleases you.
