Hey guys, I sent an email but haven’t heard back so I just want to make sure your aware that the stats have not been loaded for 11/5, 11/11, 11/24 and 11/28. In addition several days here in Dec have not been loaded. I hope you can get this squared away before Nov payments go out. Thanks and happy holidays.

Apologies for the delay in replying back. I’m on vacation, hence the delay. I have informed the technical team to look into this matter. You can rest assured that while calculating the commissions, all the data is taken into consideration (even if the front-end stats do not display correctly)
I will try to have this resolved at the earliest possible. Once again, apologies for the delay.
