Hi,
I have a player complaining to me that the casino will not honour a no-deposit bonus and was told to contact me for it, because I am obviously advertising wrong information.
This is the email I got:
I registered a real money account at Vegas Slots and they are not honoring the no deposit bonus that you are advertising. They said to contact the affiliate that advertised it to claim the bonus.
However….
If you look at this link:

Could you please sort this out? It is annoying and this is not the first time a casino has done this.

It was not the casino, rather the player that did not read her email properly.
