I have a player complaining to me that the casino will not honour a no-deposit bonus and was told to contact me for it, because I am obviously advertising wrong information.
This is the email I got:
I registered a real money account at Vegas Slots and they are not honoring the no deposit bonus that you are advertising. They said to contact the affiliate that advertised it to claim the bonus.

Could you please sort this out? It is annoying and this is not the first time a casino has done this.May 17, 2006 at 5:44 pm #692534AnonymousInactive
Jacques sorted this for me in about 3 minutes flat! Thanks! :clapper:
It was not the casino, rather the player that did not read her email properly.
