My question is where i have to make new company if i don’t want break law rules?

In which country is legal to have site like OnlineCasinoReports.com?

I mean casino directory with all casinos from around the world.

What i know now is that in Belgium i can only put banner from 3 poker rooms, in uk (they have EU restrictions) so you can have all eu licensed casinos banners on site.

So if i make limited company in UK i can’t add to my site casino banners from outside of EU (example: Club Gold Casino which is licensed from Curacao Internet Gaming Association) ?

Am i right?

For example I think about Cyprus, any problems there?

Is possible to register sites to an intermediate offshore company in British Virgin Islands for example, or other jurisdiction like Panama, Costa Rica, etc.
