Noah refuses to reply to my emails

    Just wanted to let everyone know that when Connie left she gave me Noah’s contact email–I have now sent him 5 emails..including welcoming him as my new aff manager all the way to asking him why CC has not paid me in like 2 months (I’m over the minimum)

    All emails to Noah go unanswered. I am about to pull all CC advertisements if:
    1) Cant get a response/explanation
    2)Cant get my money

    Anybody else having difficuly contacting this guy? So far the transition has not been smooth IMO.

    Glad someone sees the irony here.

    I am just reading up on other program’s issues with spam filters and other such impediments. I am still working out some new systems here and this is definitely something I would like to address.

    Not that I don’t like forums and all, but it’s frustrating when I get an email from the forum that someone is complaining about not being able to discuss, by email, a problem with me.

    I have so many possible ways to be reached it’s amazing to me that people still find it hard. This is not a dig at Voodooman at all, but we have an 800 # (1-888-203-5244), no less than 8 unique email addresses, I have direct lines and emails, msn, yahoo, ICQ, or you could contact English Harbour casino and they will get me too. I suppose a carrier pigeon would work too, but I think they’re extinct.

    This is getting frustrating. Forgive me for geting upset.

    I have emailed you back. I have actually, if I am to count, emailed 3 responses to you.

    I have repeatedly said that if you would like to run a promotion with us that you will need to either propose more than a single number or at least use our toll free number to call me and give me an idea of what you would like to do.

    We work with affiliates all the time regarding special offers and I have been completely open to discussing with you.

    For all affiliates who are going to complain about an affiliate program in public:

    You run the risk of offending and alienating your account rep or the program manager. If you have a legit complaint, or an issue to DISCUSS, please post here. If you have not bothered to check your inbox, spam box or any other box, please do not take the discussion public.

    Bonustreak: Please check your inbox from the latest response from me. I sent one last night at 5:43 EST, and another one THIS morning at 10:33 AM.

    If my emails (now 4 of them) have all been marked spam and this forum is the best way to reach me for some affiliates, I wonder why I don’t see more postings.

    Noah its probably because:

    a) Most of us have worked with Casino Coins for years and dont require a lot of assistance.

    b) Many of us pick up the phone and call. You generally answer it during business hours.

    c) You have thousands of affiliates and the percentage of people with a concern about being able to reach you is remarkably small.

    Noah your doing a fine job. Relax.

    I am just stressed as we are STILL growing here. Hopefully things go back to a relative normal shortly.

    plus the complaint to compliment ratio has been off the last few weeks :)

    Might I suggest…

    Canadian Coffee

    Recipe:
    1¼ oz. Canadian whisky
    6 oz. hot coffee
    1 tbsp. maple syrup
    1 dollop whipped cream

    Preparation:
    Pour coffee and whisky into a heated mug.
    Stir in maple syrup until dissolved.
    Top with whipped cream.

    Enjoy in front of the fireplace!
