i heard from a few people
they did not recieve any welcome e-mail when signin up!
can you check that out,
i find it not so good if no welcome e-mail is sent to players.
especially to explain the bonus and so
mainstreet does not offer coupons to reedem like most other RTG do.
Think a welcome e-mail including all that would be important.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to on this… I had lost my password to this account, and was having difficulties getting emails from the Request password tool…

But here I am hoping to answer this for you!

When all affiliates signup with Mainstreet Affiliates, they receive an email straight away. I have also arranged that I am bcc’d on this email going out as well. There are times when an email does not get through to the affiliate and gets bounced back to me. At that time, I try to contact them by phone, or by going to their website listed in their account to try to contact them.

Below is a copy of the email that is sent out upon signing up:
