    We started promoting Casino Grand Bay this week. Never recieved a reply on at least 4 emails why our stats are not working. I need a reply our I will stop promoting Casino Grand Bay this week.

    Hi HVDB,

    Firstly let me apologize for you having these stats problems. We were certainly not aware of any current issues, nor did we receive any of the emails you say you have sent to us. I am not sure what email address you have used, but I can assure you that we as the affiliate team are contactable 24 hours a day, and as such, we would have seen and replied to any emails you may have sent.

    We have logged this stats issue with both Microgaming and our Development team, and they are currently looking why the stats are not updating.

    Please can you email me at kamiel@grandpriveaffiliates.com with the following information:

    1. Your Affiliate ID.
    2. The email address you sent your query to.
    3. Any screenshots of the stats that you may have, which will aid us in assisting you better.

    We are currently at CAP Spring Break in Cyprus, but as mentioned above, we would have received any mails you have sent, as we do receive all mails via our mobile phones.

    I will provide you with an update on the stats issue as soon as I hear back from our developers or Microgaming. This update will be sent to your email address.
