    I write for some time to my manager, support, billing, and I get no answers!

    It is really disappointing.

    I feel sorry for you!!

    Every 2 months i get shifted to a new affiliate manager.

    last month i think it changed 2-3 times.

    Never mind the endless tracking issues and stats problems.

    And players not being tracked.

    For a good few months they were active – promising fixes and results. Mark the head is a great guy. I really liked him. he has a tough job. I am sure its been rough on him.

    Since the last few weeks they seemed to have disappeared completely from the forums, and do not even show up to answer common easy questions. Ams are non existent.

    I sense some serious internal issues -which is why no one even attempts to come online and answer anything.

    I dont think they even know whats going on.

I do know that I have been in contact with a few of you via other avenues, Playcasino and Celena and I hope that you have found my assistance helpful. Celena, please let me know if someone has been in contact with you. I was told that one of our French Affiliate Managers would be in touch to help you with your issues.

    No clue who my AM is. It changes every month or two.

    I give up. You guys win!

    Don’t worry about tracking – take all the players its all good.

    keep stats as is they are perfect.

    Change our Ams every few weeks.

    Do not contact affiliates
