InactiveOkay, for those of us less inclined for legal lingo, here is a brief summary of our T&C
-
Money Casino and Poker Eon’s affiliate program offers 30%-45% revenue share for players’ lifetime.
-
We currently offer CPA commission only to veteran affiliates: a 70% on first deposits under $100, and $150 for first deposits over $100. But the CPA affiliate must provide 6 players at least, of whom at least two deposited more than once.
-
Negative balance is carried, but wavered for successful affiliates.
-
The players you brought are yours for a lifetime.
-
Payments are sent monthly on the 10th, from $200 and up.
-
Cheating or unethical marketing practices are grounds for partnership termination
We do NOT condition revenue share payments on delivering new players.
And what the terms don’t say is that we’re friendly, helpful, and dedicated to our partners as some of you who already work with me know

GuestHi again,
frankly I’m amazed there are no responses to this very vital and pertinent question.
also would appreciate a little support from affs, perhaps if more were to echo my question there would be some responses.
thanks in advance for your support.

vladcizsolMemberBB1 anyone who responds opens themselves to an argument about every clause within their terms and conditions.
If YOU were an affiliate manager would you expose yourself to that potential controversy?
I am relatively sure if you asked 100 Affiliate Managers if their programs had predatory terms and conditions 100 would emphatically state NO! What else would you expect them to say?
The things affiliates MUST do are:
1. BEFORE joining a program read the terms and conditions. If you see anything objectionable you can email them for clarification or simply pass on that partner. If you decide to join the program I recommend you SAVE a screen capture of the terms and conditions, just in case its needed for future reference.
2. Periodically RE-READ the terms and conditons at the programs you are actively promoting. If you spot anything that is objectionable then open the copy of the terms and conditions you originally agreed to and see if a retroactive change has been made. If you feel that has happened then please immediately email your account manager and bring this to their attention. I am sure everyone would really appreciate it if you took the time to let everyone else know about your discovery too.
Listen, I know this is WORK and in a perfect world we could just make a simple post and the goodies would line up and report in and the baddies would also step forward and come clean, but thats not gonna happen. :wink-wink

GuestHi Prof,
thanks for your post and wisdom. I see your point.
and yes, I was hoping to avoid having to go thru and read all those countless terms but it is apparent that’s not going to happen.
