vladcizsolMemberHello Rick
Casino Pays is not a certified partner, thats why you dont see them here.I am not sure why they arent interested in working more closely with the affiliate community, perhaps its because they are actively trying to compete with us by building hundreds of their own portals.
Perhaps they dont want to answer affiliate querries in a public setting. I cant remember them ever posting anywhere or joining in on any conversations.
Perhaps its as simple as they are too cheap to pay for sponsorship here or at GPWA …. Strange that they spend NOTHING to support the industry groups whose members earn them millions in profits every year.

Sounds like it is all of the above, but especially the building of portals.
This is also becoming an increasing problem in the industry and severely threatens our business.
If Casino Pays or any of the other programs who are engaged in these portal building ventures apply for membership here I will oppose it.
Unfortunately some of our members are currently doing this.
I consider that the real threat to our livelihood – not shaving or any of the other things we have complained about for years.
This is a new threat – since the large PPCs stopped taking our ads – and it is by far the biggest threat we have ever faced.
Yet it is completely ignored?
Wake up and smell the roses, guys! This is a HUGE problem!
We should ferret these portals out and make lists of them. I am sure players will NOT be happy to use these as they completely eliminate any recourse a player may have by asking the portal owner for assistance with casino problems.
Let’s unite against this severe threat to our livelihood!

Inactiveok, here I go:
1. neophyte. I’m afraid we don’t have a network of gaming sites.
It sounds like a good idea having this, right now we don’t have the time to invest in it.
So a new player is of course someone new to our casino/poker/bingo room.BTW, what is your username in our program?
2. Professor.
Again, the time issue is the obstacle here.
If we will be a certified partner in your excellent forum, but won’t be monitoring it and answering aff, what good have we done?
Right now we focus on helping affiliates on a personal basis, rather than on a forum.
You have my word that being a real partner in your forum is an objective for us, and will happen soon.
Also, pls tell me where you saw “hundreds of their own portals”. If I can show it to my boss, I may very well get a raise
And I do post here! I’m looking for Aleks P. – playerswire, and have asked here not so long ago if anyone knows where he is.
3. Dom, why like this? You know me well enough to approach me directly with anything that even slightly bothers you.
The reason people are sometimes mistaken into thinking we have our own network, is that there are some affiliates with whom we have such close ties, it is difficult to see where the affiliate ends and the aff program begins and vise versa. This is the kind of relationship we inspire to have with all of our affiliates, and frankly, quite proud of it.Thanks,

InactiveHello Itay,
nothing personal here.
It is very difficult to prove or disprove the existance of program generated/run portals. And there are many ways to skin a cat – so to speak.
I should have probably not posted in this thread but started a new one, since I am speaking in general and not necessarily about your program. But the subject came up…
The concern is real – very real. There are some programs of which I know this for sure – and I have heard of a variety of methods to accomplish this also.
If you don’t have any portals of your own, however cloaked, you shouldn’t worry. If nothing else I am a very fair person.
But I do think it is time that affiliates took some action to combat this trend.
In this industry, the programs get lots of affiliates promoting them and only have to pay those who succeed while they get all that branding from others for free. They also openly compete in the SERPS, PPCs and other advertising venues with their own affiliates. That is bad enough.
Building or acquiring portals to intensify the competition with their own affiliates to me is about the last straw.
However, I have no first hand knowledge that you in specific are doing that – I do with others.
So I apologize for the location of my post – but not it’s content.
Perhaps if you were a more visible part of the community these sort of posts would not occur – there may be less speculation about you going on.

InactiveI have never had any problems with casinopays, there payments have been on time and emails always answered. I have caught some of the biggest whales I ever had at Carnival Casino. I know I don’t post much but I would like to see CasinoPays added to the forum.
