Thanks Tom, Do you happen to know if Intertops is still accepting USA affiliates? The last I heard was that they were but they only paid them through a player account and the affiliate had to wager. Do you happen to know what the policy at Intertops is?

We welcome affiliates from all over the world.
We confirm that we are paying our affiliates via a player account. But affiliates do not have to wager or place any bet to withdraw their commission.
The only reason to have a player account involved is to reduce the administrative overhead on our side; To ensure affiliates are paid fast and efficiently.

Intertops Affiliate Teamthank you! That answers my next question. I went to the signup form and it is asking me for a player account prior to signing up. Do I need to sign up for a player account prior to becoming an affiliate?

You don´t have to register a player account now for signing up an Intertops affiliate account.
But you will need the player account before the first withdrawal of your commission.
