I thought of you this morning when I stumbled across an article on a Blog.
It is Titled:
Affiliates Should Have a DMCA Notice Posted

According to Ms. Goodman, under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 (“DMCA”), the DMCA provides a legal procedure by which any holder of a copyright may request any Online Service Provider to disable access to a website where the copyrighted work appears without the permission of such person.
There are two parts to the legal procedure: (1) Writing a Proper DMCA Notice, and (2) Sending the Notice to a Designated Agent.

I am going blind. Can you tell me what’s wrong?
The only thing I could find different was the PR preview description was not there, but it does not be anyway. It seemed like all the links where fine. Was this corrected recently?
Can’t notice much difference aside from the iframe at the bottom of the article.

It is very different. Look at the hyperlink texts he/she added to the article:
For example: BlackJack, Slot Machines, Gambler,Online Casino, Gambling Information ( all this hyperlinks additions have a redirect to a different URL that is NOT my site) + he/she added new information in the article to add such hyperlinks.Am I just the only one seing that:bored:

They have added some dynamic text link adverts to various words.
I don’t know if that is acceptable or not in a press release, where they have left the links in to your site..
whether or not they are breaking the law is unclear, that’s the same thing as Ezula and other adware have done to 3rd party websites, from the US. in this case the owner of the site it selling the links, so there seems to be less of an issue.
if there is a copyright violation, he is likely violating his agreement with PRWeb and it is likely PRWeb who can most easily deal with them. if you paid PRWeb to distribute that release, i would contact your rep there.

I think those links are auto, Xaraya has the same feature, you preprogram it to add dynamic links to certain keywords
