I would recommend forums/google over ebooks for your questions, I would also recommend checking out GPWA & posting the same intro there

Facebook may work if your ad doesn’t mention gambling specifically, including slots or names of casino games. Something like, “$50 free chip to spin and win!” will go unnoticed by them for a long time. For now, Google will absolutely be your best friend.
Other forums, like GPWA or Affiliate Guard Dog will help, also study marketing in general. Then just ask specific questions and I will try to answer them.
