Looks ok. I’ve seen so many sites exactly like that, though. When I see those I click the back button on the browser (sorry).
I like the overall design (much better than my site :tounge2: ), but I agree with Kwblue – there’s really no intriguing or relevant information other than small, unorganized blurbs with tons of banners.
I recommend that you offer some easy to read, easy to follow information that will draw people in…plus, this will help your search engine rankings.

I would also like to add that branding your site better would help out a lot(mostly for long term success). Talk about the purpose & goals of your site and build trust with your visitors.
Also I’m personally not a big fan of the purple color scheme.For web design resources and information I like to lurk in http://www.cre8asiteforums.com/forums , it’s a great overall website creation/promotion resource.
