No need to apologize – I never published that spam because I did not know what the affiliate program was. I know others have gotten the same spam, though.

CaptainetteMemberThis joint is apparently connected to Rushmore. In their welcome email it states “We respect your privacy and will only send emails that you’ve subscribed to from your Rushmore player account enrolment, or service related emails.”.

InactiveThanks mate.. I wondered why I was getting no response from my ‘REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST’ emails

InactiveI don’t think they are connected with Rushmore. I asked Gabriel about it, he said “no way!”. I guess what they did is rip rushmore emails, T&C, etc.
BTW: Did anybody worked with them ? It looks like a dead casino to me.

Unfortunately, It’s common for casinos like these to rip off copy from casinos like ours.

InactiveHere is a bit more background for you…. This is directly from GoldVIPClub:

and you’ll allways be paid on time, for residual sales, and % forever.as for mail campaigns:

This from a BH forum. Very nice and very non-discrete, so I assume they do not care about the big affys on the ‘good side’.

InactiveHey mate
would you mind posting the link to the forum… id like to get this sorted..
THanks.November 28, 2007 at 11:08 am #755165
CaptainetteMemberOk. I have contacted Gold VIP Club about the “Rushmore” part and they said they would “take the statement off”. They as well claim to be in “no relation” with any other Casino(s), so this whole phrase most likely indeed got copied & pasted from Rushmore.
Gabriel, you should contact them or RTG about it and see what they say. Their behavior is typical for a foul and inhonest RTG operation and a serious warning for anyone to stay away from them!November 28, 2007 at 12:28 pm #755166Anonymous

I only noticed it because if you go to the homepage of the forum, they have a paid placement banner up there. They are definitely targetting bh webmasters, so anything goes with this group.

InactiveThanks KW.
We definitely need to stay away from these folks.

What email did you contact them on?
I have been forwarding all of my 100 spams per day to them at their support email and have gotten no reply.. So they obviously don’t care for people who are spamming and not honouring unsubscribes…
Thanks KWBlue… I need a login for that site though… I’ve registered an account but I’m not counting on being accepted… Any idea how long it usually takes to be accepted?
This is so frustrating.

InactiveIt was a very long time ago that I signed up, but as I recall the acceptance was immediate at the time.
