    Hi there Jeff and Rick,

    You guys added Turkish language to Golden Palace, but now many Turkish players send emails to us like “they lock accounts when we try to withdraw and do not respond when we try to contact”

    I think this problem is caused if the system takes Turkey as one of “suspicious countries” – That’s okay. But why don’t GP even give response to those individual players?

    You’re getting into a new market, translate world’s most famous casino to their language, but do not accept players from that land? Why????

    As an affiliate, I’m also losing my depositing players that way…

    Turkey is not on any list with us here at Casino Blasters. We are happy to welcome this new market, and the customer service representatives at the respective casino are doing the same.
