I just downloaded Colloseum Casino. On the home page in the software it shows the new games. But I can’t find them in the games list. With another casino it wouldn’t list them until after logging in. So I logged in to Colloseum and the new games still do not show up. Do you have them or not?

Please note this is not a support forum for Colosseum Casino. Please contact the emails provided on the website or call the toll free support numbers to get a reply.

August 10, 2006 at 5:51 am #701643AnonymousInactiveThis is very much an affiliate issue.
If the new games aren’t there, then I can’t promote Colosseum Casino on my “new games” page. I need to make sure I am promoting those MG casinos that actually do have the new games. Say I have a visitor who is interested in the new “Supe It Up” slot. I give them a list of MG casinos to choose from. If they choose Colosseum, they’re going to be disappointed when they discover that the game isn’t there. Maybe they’ll play some other game, and maybe they won’t. Maybe they’ll come back to my site and try another casino; maybe they won’t. I lied to them once — why should they trust me again? Now they’re mad at me for lying to them, and I’m mad at you for not offering what you’re supposed to be offering.
So, it is somewhat important for you as an affiliate manager to keep up with what is going on at the casinos you manage. Right now, Colosseum is having issues (because for whatever reason, it doesn’t have the new games). If you want my (or Randy’s) game-specific traffic, then your casino needs to offer what I expect it to — that being, the new games that were released 11 days ago, which every MG casino was supposed to have received.
I do hope you’ll look into this.
August 10, 2006 at 8:30 am #701651AnonymousInactiveI appreciate all your comments. Just to let you know the casino websites are currently going through an update/upgrade by our web manager. So the info on the sites should be up to date soon. The downloads will also be updated with any new games. Your patience and understanding during this time is much appreciated.

The download updates the games automatically.
Hope this helps and if you have any questions please email the support at vegasaffiliates or then the casino support.
Cheers

I know they are supposed to be downloaded automatically, but for some reason this isn’t happening. I have Grand Hotel on my computer also, and the new games are there… so it looks like the issue is specific to Colosseum.
August 11, 2006 at 1:09 pm #701787AnonymousInactiveThat’s what I was saying, but got brushed off. I think when Henry receives posts like this, he should take the time to download the casino and see for himself. If he would have done that and said he can see the games, I would have taken his word for it and figured it to be a problem with my computer.
August 11, 2006 at 3:25 pm #701804AnonymousInactiveHey no one’s brushed off.. I already told you in my previous post that I have checked the games and they have been there since the 3rd of August. Perhaps you can download the software again and see if the games appear in there.
It’s Friday and time for some
Have a good weekend

HenryAugust 11, 2006 at 5:57 pm #701825AnonymousInactiveI agree about the   Been a long week.
I downloaded the casino on the 9th, and the games weren’t there…. I will uninstall and re-download later this afternoon and see if the new games show up. I’m doing it mainly to satisfy my own curiosity at this point… If I was a player, I probably would just go to another casino. (Unless I really liked the other things Colosseum had to offer).

I re-downloaded the casino, and all of the new games are showing up now. :satisfied
August 13, 2006 at 12:24 pm #701935AnonymousInactiveThanks Engineer, will send a note about this ‘cos the software should have updated the games automatically.
