Sorry for any confusion, but I just have noticed I failed to mention that it’s a free ebook, it cannot be sold only given away with your affiliate links. How you give it away , if you decide to do so … is up to you.
Not quite sure … why my offer didn’t generate any interest …:huh:
If anyone downloaded it and has a valid input as to why there is no interest – I would greatly appreciate it.
Just to repeat myself:
- eMail to get ebook autoresponder – your info doesn’t get saved in any way
- autoresponder is created for a sole purpose to deliver this ebook, as I can’t rpovide direct link at this point
- ebook is absolutely free – no strings attached
- it is fuly brandable with a very few exceptions for some unique URLs

Your post above says rebrandable, and the ebook chapter 5 says rebrandable with software provided by author. I’m ashamed to admit I’ve never done a pdf, rebranded or not.
How do I go about it?
In chapter 5 there is a link.
Follow it and you will get to the page that is a front end to rebrand script.
It will walk you through everything. Simply input your requested Affiliate URL into fields provided and at the bottom of the page click create pdf. All done.And thank you for your interest, feedback would also be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for placing an Important into subject but it really is, since I don’t want to email anyone who downloaded my ebook.
There were several critical changes that prompted me to update several key things in ebook, namely:
All-In-Poker has closed it’s doors and all your affiliate links will lead to closure announcement.
Richwebmaster – was sold to a different owner and several casinos, links to which were included in ebook, are now members of Lucky Traffic affiliate program.new version of ebook updated with new links and removed dead links. I’ll just place link where you can create youe new branded eBook:
