Here is the response from betfair – I know they would be more than happy to discuss other deals, though, if it makes sense.
“After this date, all partners will be transferred to our standard revenue share plan, which will apply to new customers only. However, affiliates can contact us to discuss their reward plan. Or we may contact them to negotiate their reward plan.”
