Belgamo: Yes, Miles and Irwin are both still around and will continue to work with their affiliates as in the past.
I am here to not only turn things around with the program, but also to ensure that Miles and Irwin are working with their affiliates, and doing that well. If you ever need to raise any matters of concern or areas you feel they are doing things well, then by all means let me know.

That sounds great! I certainly hope you can help turn things around. The program certainly needs to get back on track. Yes, both Miles and Irwin are good guys it seems to me and I am glad they are still there.

Grand Prive Affiliates will become one of the best and most trusted programs in the near future.
Hope this holds true but like you said there is a bunch of work to be done. I would like an answer on my mail I sent to Miles yesterday on the stats issue something is not adding up right. There is clearly some sort of issue with your stats and I would like to have this fixed asap. Until I see a huge improvement and mainly the cross promotion issue I cannot put banners back up.

I sent a list of my old players, depositors, before the migration to gp. to see if they are indeed active, and i am not getting credit for. I have not heard a word in over 3 weeks or more now. Could you please talk with Irwin and find out where my account stands. These players have been MIA since the grand prive Migration, and it just can’t be right. Not ALL of the them. ????

Bonustreak: I am aware of the stats issue that you have raised with Miles. We have initiated an investigation into that to ensure that any errors are tracked down and fixed. I have asked Miles to let you know that we are looking into it, and that you should receive feedback by Monday (11 Feb).
GamTrak: by all means. Please feel free to get in touch with any issues or queries you have and I will ensure you get the answers you need.
Pat: I know of the player migration issues. I have chatted to Irwin, and he confirmed that he had sent you feedback on where the current investigation stands on this matter. I have asked him to resend that feedback to you, in case you had not received it.
Once again, thank you for your words of confidence. I know that things have been tough in the past months, and that many of you have had endless frustrations with the program, but this will change, and pretty soon.

On the matter of promotions, you are welcome to drop an email to your affiliate manager, and he will work with you on that. If you not sure who your affiliate manager is, then by all means, drop me an email with your promo idea/request and your affiliate ID, and I will take care of things from there.
