Chris please define Casino Affiliate Network….
Do you mean an affiliate network like Commission Junction or Tradedoubler?
But rather than a big network that deals in a bit of everything, I am looking for a network that specialises in Casino merchants like Referback (for example).

Most of the Casino Networks are captive players. IE Referback/Microgaming and Casino Coins/OddsOn
I recommend you contact House Winnings they are independent and take on different software platforms. They also have a large base of successful exisiting affiliates.
The other big plus is a they are a certified partner here (shameless plug)
