InactivePersonally from use, I find the income access model to be more user friendly.
As an affiliate it’s important to have good organisation and access to creative materials, as well as decent reporting systems. Overall the structure is intuitive and easy to use.
Income access has a good system for both of these and I always find the banners I want.

InactiveI’ve always liked the Income Access interface. It’s easy to use, and very intuitive, as trillby said. I also like the people at Income Access. They’ve come through for me more times than I can remember.

InactiveI’ve used the Income Access system as an affiliate for years. It wasn’t so great 4 years back, but has become quite powerful and easy to use.
In fact the site has recently received an upgrade to a more visually appealing and easier to read look.
They allow you to create trackers, as needed, they host banners, they have a much better way of organizing a large number of banners than a lot of Microgaming aff sites (i happily work with a dozen MGS programs). Their reporting is a pretty comprehensive package.
Most importantly is that they are well staffed, there is almost always someone available to answer a question or check on a problem. I liked them so much that i’m using share results, their sister company for a new affiliate program i’m doing in another industry.
I’m not familar with Netrefer.com to compare it with.

InactiveBoth have pros and cons and I like both. Income Access however has been a lot more stable in staying online and giving out reports. Netrefer has timed out on a couple of occasions. Not too bad unless you are setting up a campaign and then need to start all over again.
Income access has an excellent team behind it, which would give them my vote any day!

InactiveNot used Net Refer to be honest, but I can also vouch for the Income Access system. Plus the people I have dealt with there are friendly and accessible. Slightly mad in some cases, but very approachable :roflmao:

NincottinnneMemberLike the poster before, I have not had the opportunity to use NetRefer, although I have been through their demo and the software looks good.
I have used Income Access for 5 years now. I was the one that made the decision to bring it into Absolute Poker when they launched, and since then have used, and are using, the software for 5 other programs.
Personally I love it – it meets all our objectives, and those of our affiliates. It is simple to read and understand, and I recommend it.

InactiveBoth good proven systems, get the job done! :hattip: They have different business models however, Pure software provider vs software and service provider..

InactiveJackpotjoy has been a merchant in the Income Access network for several years and as of tomorrow we will have an inhouse affiliate program powered by Income Access, please see [URL=”http://www.jackpotjoyaffiliates.com.”%5Dwww.jackpotjoyaffiliates.com. [/URL]
We want to give our affiliates a quality product and the Income Access reports and tracking software are just that.
They’re also a good bunch of people to work with so I recommend them.I do not know the Net Refer product so can’t say much about that.
Cheers,

poluroud20MemberHey guys,
Think everyone here loves IncomeAccess! I do like it but use NetRefer on a daily basis – I believe it to be very easy and very user friendly.
NetRefer is becoming increasingly popular at the moment with programs (UniBet, Betfair) and I think either option would serve well.
The best option would be to develop your own, take the best bits from both systems and add to it!
But who has the time?!

InactiveAt Lasseters, we’ve been serviced by the Income Access software and their wonderful Affiliate Managers for close to 8 years. They have always upheld the highest standards of professionalism and their reputation in the industry is unparalleled, which is evidenced by the previous responses in this thread.
Their software has always been very user-friendly from an operator’s viewpoint and recent upgrades have taken this to a new level.
