I can confirm this. Got this error this morning with IE7. Tried Firefox and everything worked fine.

Just got off the phone with Neteller and they claim to be updating something on the system and will be back in less than 2 hours.

I don’t have any problem here, but the other day.. I tried to log in using roboform, and it didn’t work.. then i called.. and the guy had me clear the cache.. delete cookies.. temp files.. etc..

The whole time i was thinking he was an idiot, anyway, again it didnt work, then I tried it without the roboform, and it worked fine.. *shrug* .. and has worked WITH roboform every sinse..

I have problems with firefox, but it works with IEv6 !!!??? What firefox version u using? I only use IE for Netteller and 2 affilaite programs that dont have the “skill” to create software that looks beyond IE.

I was getting the error to in FF and IE. Support told me to log in through the Japan English site. The url is https://www.neteller.com/signin/index.jsf. This works of me in IE and FF.
