They have a debit card and you can go to ATM and withdraw up to $1000 in 15 minutes. They also ACH tansfer to your bank account within a day or two up to $100,000.

The only problem with it is that you cannot pay ppcs or anything direct with it, like you could with paypal.

You can also withdraw via Neteller check and they will Fed Ex overnight for $10 bucks I think it is.
Neteller could make a killing if they moved offshore, and offered some type of guaranteed privacy!
